  • Advising Live Nation on multiple transactions, such as the acquisition of the Ziggo Domme & AFAS live, the most prominent concert venues in Amsterdam.
  • Advising Crisp, the leading Dutch online organic supermarket player, on a €75 million equity financing.
  • Advising Invest-NL and Estari on its investment in Dott, a provider of shared e-bikes and e-scooters in multiple cities throughout Europe.
  • Advising the Common Group on its acquisition of the Dutch soccer club Vitesse.
  • Advising the family owned Deen Supermarkets on the sale of all of its 80 supermarkets to Albert Heijn.
