Nina Meijer-de Kwaasteniet is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience advising businesses, founders and investors in corporate/M&A transactions, especially in the field of venture capital, private equity transactions, joint ventures and other strategic cooperations.
Nina focuses on international mid-market M&A (both sell side and buy side).
- Advising the sole shareholder and founder of the Eichholtz Group on the sale of a majority stake to Gilde Buy-Out Partners.
- Advising the Ter Maten Group, a founder held private business specialising in processing of poultry raw materials, on the sale of a majority stake to Plukon Food Group.
- Advising Live Nation on multiple transactions, such as the acquisition of the Ziggo Domme & AFAS live, the most prominent concert venues in Amsterdam.
- Advising Crisp, the leading Dutch online organic supermarket player, on a €75 million equity financing.
- Advising Invest-NL and Estari on its investment in Dott, a provider of shared e-bikes and e-scooters in multiple cities throughout Europe.
- Advising the Common Group on its acquisition of the Dutch soccer club Vitesse.
- Advising the family owned Deen Supermarkets on the sale of all of its 80 supermarkets to Albert Heijn.
