Mona Mojtabavi is a senior associate in the global Corporate Practice based in our Manchester office.
Her practice covers all aspects of corporate work across a range of sectors, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate reorganisations, shareholder arrangements and general corporate advise.
Mona advises private equity investors, management teams and shareholders across a range of sectors.
- Representing LDC on its £21 million minority investment in Precise TV, a contextual video adtech platform driving business outcomes for brands.
- Representing Locumptap (t/a Patchwork), a Perwyn portfolio company providing workforce management solutions for the healthcare industry, on its acquisition of L2P Enterprise Ltd, the UK’s foremost provider of medial appraisal software.
- Representing ECI Partners on its investment in Independent Governance Group, the UK’s leading provider of professional pension trusteeship and governance services from LDC.
- Representing ECI Partners on its investment in TAG, the market-leading high-touch travel management company to the entertainment and corporate markets, providing an exit for Apiary Capital.
- Representing BGF on its investment in Datascope Systems, a leading provider of software and hardware solutions to the global construction sector.
- Representing ECI Partners on its investment in Alliantist (t/a ISMS), a market-leading SaaS information security management system, providing an exit for Cow Corner.
- Representing CIPHR (ECI Partners) on its strategic acquisition of Avantus, an employee benefits platform.
- Representing CIPHR (ECI Partners) on its strategic acquisition of Marshalls, a specialist diversity and inclusion learning provider.
- Acting as co-counsel with Paul Weiss, advising RPG Rise Climate on a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in A-Gas, the global leader in the supply and life cycle management of refrigerant gases, from KKR.
- Representing the shareholders of Twinkl (CEO/founders), an edtech company providing online educational content, on a minority investment from Vitruvian Partners.
- Representing Miss Group (Perwyn) on its strategic acquisition of Domeneshop, a Norwegian hosting company that made Miss Group the number one shared hosting provider in Norway.
- Representing Miss Group (Perwyn) on its strategic acquisition of Domene AS, a Norwegian domain registrar business.
- Representing Miss Group (Perwyn) on its strategic acquisition of Sered, a web hosting specialist in Spain.
- Representing the shareholders of Clear Group (ECI Partners, management), a commercial insurance broker, on investment from Goldman Sachs Asset Management.
