Mona Mojtabavi is a senior associate in the global Corporate Practice based in our Manchester office.
Her practice covers all aspects of corporate work across a range of sectors, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate reorganisations and restructuring, shareholder arrangements and general corporate advise.
Mona advises private equity investors, management teams and shareholders across a range of sectors.
- Acting for the shareholders of a chemical company on its sale to a leading global virtual manufacturer of specialty materials.
- Acting on a series of private equity investments by a UK-based private equity firm.
- Acting on the merger of three recruitment companies with equity and debt funding from two investment companies.
- Acting for an education group on its equity and debt financing to support the company’s acquisition strategy. Also acting on behalf of the company in relation to its acquisition of a teaching supply company.
- Acting for the shareholders of an airport parking company on its sale to a Manchester holding company.
- Acting for the shareholders of a clinical consulting and recruitment firm on its sale to a clinical services provider.
