Elsa Mora leads the Labour & Employment team in the Milan office.

She is an experienced labour and employment lawyer who focuses her activity on counselling international and domestic clients on complex employment-related issues, both with reference to litigation matters and corporate legal advice.

Elsa has acquired extensive experience in managing the termination of relationships with top managers and board members, collective bargaining and industrial relations, and implementation of transfer of undertaking, as well as reorganisation plans and collective dismissal procedures, also in the context of multijurisdictional projects.

Elsa also advises on investigations, gender equity employment related matters, the implementation of ethics codes and whistleblowing policies, restrictive covenants, changes to compensation and bonus schemes, termination of senior executives, a wide range of day-to-day employment issues, and training clients on employment issues.

Among recent work highlights, Elsa has been assisting a company leader in renewable energy in managing a wide range of employment issues, and she also advised a major market leader in the manufacturing and marketing of mechanical seals systems on a group reorganisation and relevant collective dismissal procedure.

Elsa is the author of several articles on labour law matters and is a frequent speaker at professional conferences and training courses on employment-related themes.
