James Mosley is an associate in the firm’s Competition – Antitrust Practice based in our London office. James' practice covers contentious and non-contentious EU and UK competition law matters, as well as public procurement litigation in the UK courts.

James has undertaken secondments at a leading manufacturer of commercial jetliners, defence, space and security systems, as well as at an industrial thread manufacturer. James is currently on secondment at a leading pharmaceutical company.

Prior to joining the firm, James worked at the Competition and Markets Authority.

  • Advising Studio Retail Group plc on the CMA’s review of the sale of its Findel Education business to YPO (Phase 1 and Phase 2).
  • Assisting WIK-Consult in preparing a study for the European Commission, which provides an overview of the implementation of broadband state aid measures across the EU.
  • Assisting and acting for a global mobile satellite communications company by lobbying regulators in the UK, Austria, Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
  • Advising global internet-based services providers in respect of regulatory and telecommunications matters in connection with the implementation of the EU Electronic Communications Code.
  • Advising on general EU and UK competition law matters, merger control and compliance.
