Kevin Nagle

Kevin Nagle is a consultant in our Real Estate practice.
Kevin is a well-known business leader in Birmingham and highly experienced real estate consultant with 30 years of professional practice in the legal sector. He has considerable experience building and leading senior teams, including at main board level in a top 50 UK law firm. He is included in The Legal 500 UK for his work dealing with heavyweight residential portfolio sales.
Kevin has particular expertise in the residential development sector acting for both developers and land owners, with a particular specialism in retirement living. In addition he is an expert in the logistics sector.
Kevin has chaired the Multilaw Real Estate Group, a leading global network of independent law firms and a Chambers Top Ranked Elite Network.
Kevin is the Chairman of the Lisieux Trust, a charity providing care and support for adults with learning difficulties.

- Acting for a regional airport in the development of a new multimillion-pound Hilton Garden Inn hotel.
- Acting for land owner in the sale of land for development to a national house builder for a sum in excess of £15 million.
- Acting for a social enterprise in the acquisition of a 50,000 sq. ft office building in central London.
