Before joining the firm as a law clerk, Jakub Němeček worked for an independent lawyer who ran a general practice that specialised in corporate and criminal defence, advising smaller Czech businesses.

Jakub joined the firm as a fourth-year student from the Faculty of Law at the Charles University in Prague. During his studies, he participated in numerous international dispute resolutions and advised on matters relating to EU regulations. Furthermore, Jakub has assisted the firm’s Corporate team in multiple cases.
