With more than 20 years of widespread experience and expertise, Hai-Dang is a leading adviser and is widely recognised as an astute negotiator on banking and finance transactions, funds management, structured investments, fintech and financial services regulation. He is well known for his client commitment and commercial approach to problem solving.

Hai-Dang’s practice covers structured investments and all types of financing transactions with a particular focus on property finance and investment, project finance, acquisition and leveraged finance, structured finance and general corporate lending. He also advises on interest rate and currency hedging, equity swaps, financial restructuring and financial regulation.

Hai Dang’s clients come from a wide range of industries, including banking, financial services, commercial real estate and hospitality, energy, mining, construction, automotive, recruitment services, food, agribusiness, education, telecommunications and entertainment.

Hai-Dang has significant experience of the business cultures in Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries. He has advised major Vietnamese companies on commercial contracts with foreign counterparties and their outbound investments.
