Richard Nichols
Senior Associate
Richard Nichols is a senior associate in the Real Estate Practice Group based in the Manchester office. He advises on all aspects of non-contentious real estate transactions with a particular focus on development work on behalf of both private and public sector clients.
- Assisting a leading developer of assisted living housing on its joint venture and forward funding structures, site acquisition, letting, and portfolio disposals in respect of numerous site acquisitions, subsequent onward sales and funding arrangements.
- Working for various clients on asset and estate management issues, including the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold properties.
