Dagmar Nolden is a senior associate in the Labor & Employment Practice Group based in the Frankfurt office.

Dagmar frequently advises international and Germany-based clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. She further advises on all employment law-related aspects of M&A and corporate transactions, as well as restructuring and reorganisation, including integration and harmonisation processes. In addition, she has particular experience in visa immigration matters.

  • Representing employers in lawsuits against employees and managing directors (e.g. termination protection and remuneration issues).
  • Advising on all types of employment contracts, including managing directors’ contracts.
  • Advising international companies on the implementation of global HR policies in Germany-based subsidiaries.
  • Providing legal advice on internal investigations, including compliance and corporate governance issues.
  • Reorganisation of plants in Germany, including transfer of business and co-determination issues with the works council.
