Lenka Nová’s primary practice focus is real estate. She advises clients on the legal aspects of real estate transactions and investments. She focuses primarily on real estate transactions and project development, with specific expertise in preservation and restoration law.
Lenka also regularly assists property owners and tenants in negotiating high-profile commercial leases of all types of properties. She leads several client service teams, offering them complex legal and strategic asset management support.
Lenka routinely assists clients with planning and permitting issues, especially with monument protection. She represents clients both in complicated administrative proceedings and in court disputes over zoning legality, construction permits and related binding opinions of public authorities.
- Leading the client service team providing complex legal support to an owner of a shopping mall with approximately 200 retail units in connection with leasing, including contract negotiation and client representation in court proceedings, insolvency proceedings and arbitrations with tenants.
- Successful representation of the developer of Šantovka Tower, a 75-metre-tall residential tower located in the vicinity of the UNESCO-listed historical centre of Olomouc, in a unique court dispute with the Czech ombudsman over the project zoning decision legality.
- Leading the client service team providing legal support to a multinational retailer in connection with its retail leasing issues across multiple jurisdictions.
- Representing a hotel chain operator in negotiations of new venue leases.
- Representing WPP in negotiating a reconstruct-to-suit lease of its future Prague hub with almost 17,000 square metres of office space in a historical building in Prague.

- Providing complex legal assistance to Nadace rodiny Vlčkových with acquiring the Cibulka complex to reconstruct it into a palliative care centre.
- Representing a major Czech developer in court proceedings on invalidating a part of the municipal zoning plan for one of the major Czech cities.
- Representing a Chinese automotive company in negotiating a build-to-suit lease of a 15,000-square-metre production plant.
- Advising an international IT company in negotiating a lease of a 4,300-square-metre office space in Brno.
- Representing a local developer in multiple court disputes and administrative proceedings related to repeated invalidating of binding opinions issued by monument protection authorities by the second-instance authorities.
- Representing a major Czech developer in a dispute over validity of a cooperation agreement with a municipality in connection with developing a shopping mall in the historical centre of a Czech statutory city.
- Representing a Czech municipal agency in negotiating an operation and maintenance agreement of a major road tunnel complex.
