Ezzat Nsouli is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group based in our New York office. He advises corporate and institutional clients on matters such as merger and acquisition transactions, corporate governance and structuring matters.

Holding both a J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law and a master’s in public policy and administration from Northwestern University, Ezzat brings a strong understanding of the intersection of legal issues and government regulations. While in law school, Ezzat was the managing editor of the University of Iowa College of Law’s Journal of Corporation Law and served as research assistant to the dean. Prior to attending law school, Ezzat worked alongside legislators at both the state and federal levels. He also served as a judicial extern for the US District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, where he assisted in drafting dispositive motions in cases before the court.
