Trish O’Donnell is a partner in the firm’s Financial Services Practice based in our New York office. Trish brings deep expertise in cross-border financings with a focus on structured finance, and private credit. She regularly advises clients on financing various types of assets through debt issuances, including ABS transactions and highly structured transactions (including repacks, structured repos, receivables financings and bespoke structured financings). Trish advises clients across asset classes, including receivables, equipment and various esoteric asset classes, including digital assets.

Additionally, Trish has a keen understanding of blockchain technology, regularly advising clients on transactions that involve digital assets and “on-chain” securitization structures to finance real-world assets. She also advises on decentralized finance (DeFi) transactions where a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) is involved.

Dual-qualified as a New York attorney and a solicitor in England and Wales, clients value Trish’s global perspective when it comes to her business-oriented legal advice.
