Patrycja Pacholczak
Associate
Patrycja Pacholczak has been an advocate since 2021. She is currently engaged in advising on corporate matters. Patrycja's recent experience includes mainly corporate advisory, including the preparation of corporate documents such as articles of association, shareholders' resolutions on changes in companies, resolutions on the division of companies and share sale agreements, as well as assisting in the registration of companies and branches of foreign entrepreneurs in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register. Patrycja also participates in due diligence projects.
Earlier in her career, Patrycja was involved in advising on broadly understood civil law, commercial law, labour law and administrative law, as well as criminal law. Patrycja has represented clients before courts and offices.
Her experience also includes assisting companies in enforcement proceedings.
- Advised a Spanish hydrogen and helium exploration company on expanding its operations in Poland, including advising in connection with regulatory aspects of prospecting and exploration of hydrocarbons in Poland and representation in the licensing proceedings conducted by the Polish Ministry of Climate and Environment.
- Advising a leading provider of cloud-based software solutions for the life insurance and financial services industry. We have advised the company on a framework agreement for cooperation in software development with a Polish startup company.
- Advising a UK freight forwarding and logistics provider on the acquisition of a 100% stake in Polish logistics services provider Ligentia.
- Advising on the 100% of shares acquisition of a Polish software development company delivering native and multiplatform apps for startups and enterprises.
- Advising a Spanish company developing renewable energy projects on the legal aspects of the development of an offshore wind project in Poland, including the proceedings to obtain the seabed permit.
- Advising a Spanish company developing renewable energy projects on acquiring a portfolio of four wind farm projects in Poland (with a contemplated total capacity of approximately 370MW).
- Advising a global supply chain solutions provider on its acquisition.
- Advising a leading global pharma company on corporate matters, including drafting resolutions and assisting in the registration of changes in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, advice on the division of companies, assisting in creating documentation and the registration of the division in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register.
- Advising one of the leading global aerospace and defence technology companies on corporate matters, including drafting resolutions and assisting in the registration of changes in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register.
- Drafting articles for the blog and newspapers on the changes to the Packaging and Packaging Waste Management Act.
- Advising a digital platform and software engineering company on corporate matters, including drafting resolutions and assisting with the registration of changes in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, as well as assisting with the filing of annual financial statements.
- Assisting in the liquidation of companies, the process of filing documents with the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register and the selection of a documents keeper.
- Advising a company engaged in the development and management of infrastructure and renewable energy, including drafting resolutions and assisting in the registration of changes in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, as well as filing financial statements.
- Assisting in the sale of shares in different companies, creating the corporate documentation necessary to carry out the sale of shares in a company.
- Participation in due diligence projects (corporate assistance).
- Advising a producer and developer of insulation, roofing and fiberglass composites on adjusting packaging to comply with Polish regulations.
- Advising a British gaming services company on day-to-day matters, including drafting and evaluating agreements.
