Alex Paterson is an associate within the Tax Strategy & Benefits Practice. Alex advises on a wide range of taxation issues relating to corporate finance in both mergers and acquisitions and private equity deals. Alex also advises on tax-related issues in respect of property transactions and on company restructuring.

In addition, Alex has experience in employment tax and employee benefits, providing advice on the implementation of employee share plans.
