Tara Peramatukorn is an associate in the Restructuring & Insolvency Practice Group based in New York. Her practice involves all aspects of corporate restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, with a focus on representing creditors during the restructuring process.
Tara’s insolvency and restructuring practice is bolstered by her four years’ experience in the firm’s International Dispute Resolution Practice Group, where her work includes representing a leading multinational construction company in one of the largest construction disputes in Australian history.
