José María Pérez-Prat Recarte

José María Pérez-Prat Recarte focuses his practice on banking and finance law, having participated in several financing and restructuring transactions, both nationally and internationally. He has advised banks, financial institutions and large corporate groups on the structuring and implementation of financing transactions, including project finance, acquisition finance, corporate finance, real estate finance and debt restructuring transactions.
In these areas, he has drafted financial documentation, including facility agreements and security agreements in the context of national and international financings.
José María joined the firm in 2022. Prior to this, he worked as a lawyer in the banking and finance team of a Spanish law firm.
José María speaks English and Spanish and is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
