Dr. Jan Henrik Pesek is a senior associate in the Corporate Practice based in the Frankfurt office.

Jan advises enterprises, investors and family offices on national and cross-border corporate matters, particularly in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, and private equity, as well as on general corporate and contract law matters in a variety of industries, including life sciences.

Prior to joining the firm, Jan worked for several years as a lawyer for international law firms in Frankfurt.
