Summer Prior is an associate in the global Corporate Practice based in the London office. Her practice covers UK and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, funding, reorganisations and general corporate advice.
- Advising ECI Partners on its investment in Commify, Europe’s leading provider of business messaging solutions to local enterprises, in a deal valued at €300 million, from Hg (2023).
- Advising HC-One, the largest care home provider in the UK on its acquisition of Ideal Carehomes from Warwick Capital Partners and LNT Group (2023).
- Advising Advanced Electric Machines on its Series A investment round led by Legal & General Capital and Barclays Sustainable Impact Capital Equity (2023).
- Advising Blixt Group, an investment firm, on its acquisition of Academy Insurance Services and new management team structure (2023).
- Advising the shareholders of HCD Economics, an academically aligned organisation focusing on health economics and outcomes research, and real-world evidence, on the sale of the company to Prime Global, a company backed by private equity house Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (2022).
- Acting for EIS funds on the sale of a portfolio of UK onshore wind farms (2022).
