Lucia Pružinská

Lucia Pružinská’s practice focuses mainly on corporate and real estate matters.
Lucia graduated summa cum laude from Charles University in Prague. During her studies, she focused on business and international law. Prior to joining the firm, Lucia gained experience in corporate law at a renowned notary public office in Prague and leading international law firms where she participated in a variety of real estate transactions, both domestic and cross-border. Furthermore, she has gained experience in EU and international law at the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic.
- Participating in several residential, retail and office real estate projects, including the acquisition of a large shopping centre in Prague and the sale of a prominent historic building in Prague.
- Participating in an intragroup merger.
- Establishing various business companies.
- Participating in administration of general corporate matters of multiple business companies.
- Participating in due diligence processes during numerous, mainly real estate, transactions.
