Fiona Sellers is a lawyer in the Labour & Employment Practice Group based in the Leeds office. Fiona covers all areas of contentious and non-contentious work and advises clients in all sectors on day-to-day employment issues.

Fiona’s particular expertise covers defending a wide range of Employment Tribunal claims, which she runs at every stage, including undertaking advocacy at Tribunal, where appropriate. Fiona’s particular expertise includes defending claims of unfair dismissal, wage disputes, whistleblowing and various types of discrimination.

Fiona’s non-contentious experience includes drafting and reviewing service agreements, consultancy agreements, settlement agreements and other contractual and policy documentation. Fiona also has experience in advising on cross-border projects.

Fiona has been a key adviser to a number of retail and hospitality clients on National Living Wage issues, such as assisting clients to identify and remedy breaches, undertaking full-scale compliance audits and supporting clients subject to a HMRC investigation.
