Jan Šlehofer

Jan Šlehofer’s practice focuses on international arbitration, including both commercial and investment arbitration matters.
Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Jan worked in another international law firm with a special focus on pharmaceutical and competition law. During his studies, he participated in several international dispute resolution moot courts, where he won a number of awards. Since 2022, Jan has acted as a coach for the Masaryk University Vis Moot team.
Investment Arbitrations
- Advising Kosovo on a pending investment arbitration against an investor from the energy sector.
Pharmaceutical Law
- Preparation of an annual report on sponsoring healthcare professionals and/or healthcare organisations for all members of one of the largest healthcare associations in the Czech Republic.
Competition Law
- Advising clients accused of cartel agreements in proceedings in front of the Office for the Protection of Competition.
- Advising a client during a proceeding in front of the Office for the Protection of Competition aimed to assess and allow a sale and concentration of one of the largest travel agencies in the Czech Republic.
