Matt Smith is an experienced corporate lawyer who advises on a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, reorganisations and general corporate governance. Matt’s experience includes advising private companies, private equity houses, management teams, entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses.

Matt has previously spent time as legal counsel for a global precision engineering company, working alongside the management team. Matt assisted the management team on the company’s first private equity investment.
