Natasha Somi is an associate in the Labour & Employment team, based in the Birmingham office. Natasha qualified in August 2021 after completing her training contract with the firm. Prior to her training contract, Natasha worked in London as an in-house paralegal with a client in the advertising industry.

Natasha assists with advice on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law. Her experience includes supporting businesses with preparation for Employment Tribunal claims; drafting and reviewing settlement agreements and other contractual and policy documentation, including employee handbooks; providing corporate support; and assisting businesses with various ad hoc day-to-day employment issues.

Natasha is a member of the firm’s inclusion and diversity resource groups and the Birmingham office's fundraising and social committees. She also volunteers at the Birmingham Legal Advice Clinic and as a mentor at BPP University.
