Felix Strohecker
Associate
Felix Strohecker is a 3rd year associate in our corporate/M&A team, based in our Frankfurt office. He advises on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, in particular on private equity investments, restructurings and corporate and contract law.
Before joining the firm, Felix studied at the EBS University of Business and Law in Wiesbaden and completed a master’s degree in business for legal professionals in addition to his law studies. During his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main, he gained experience in M&A and private equity as a trainee lawyer at an international law firm in Frankfurt am Main and New York.
- Advising a US/UK developer on the acquisition of a 300MW battery electric storage system (BESS) portfolio.
- Advising Partou Germany, a leading European provider of high-quality, safe and inclusive childcare facilities, on the acquisition of the Käptn Kaninchen daycare center.
- Advising Takara Shuzo International Co., Ltd. on the acquisition of a majority stake in German food wholesaler Kagerer & Co. GmbH.
- Advising Belden Inc. on the acquisition of Voleatech GmbH, a company specializing in cybersecurity for critical infrastructure and industrial environments, from AAC Holding GmbH.
- Advising Biocomposites (UK) Limited, a portfolio company of TA Associates, as strategic investor in the seed financing round of InfectoTest GmbH, a Berlin-based bio-med startup.
- Advising Main Capital Partners, a leading software investor, on the acquisition of mps public solutions gmbh, a German provider of financial and accounting software for the public sector, from Gotthardt Healthgroup AG and CEO Dr. Tino Wagner.
- Advising the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) on a 500MWp joint venture in the solar sector in Ukraine, constituting the first private energy investment since 24 February 2022.
