Erin Tallent is a Los Angeles-based litigator who focuses her practice on complex and high-stakes litigation involving automotive fraud and breach of warranty claims, particularly in relation to the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and Magnuson Moss Warranty Act.

Erin predominantly represents companies and organizations involved in the design, development, manufacturing and selling of motor vehicles. She is proficient in all aspects of litigation from inception through trial and has over a decade of experience defending matters before state and federal courts.

Before joining the firm, Erin practiced at a boutique law firm that specialized in consumer warranty defense. She also practiced at a local law firm defending individuals in personal injury and medical malpractice cases.

While attending Pepperdine University School of Law, Erin acted as a teaching assistant for the Legal Research and Writing course and was the managing editor for the university’s Disputes Resolution Law Journal. She earned a certificate in Dispute Resolution law and was a member of the Honor Board and the Christian Legal Society.
