Evan Toebbe is a partner in the global Corporate and Financial Services Practices, providing guidance and practical solutions to clients in a variety of industries and matters, including M&A transactions, Securities and Exchange Commission compliance, debt and equity financings, corporate governance and general corporate matters.
In the last few years, Evan has advised clients on M&A and capital markets transactions, well into the billions of dollars.
Prior to joining the firm, Evan worked with the in-house legal department of a Fortune 500 corporation and in the US District Court.
Evan graduated as the valedictorian from the University of Cincinnati Law School and serves on the Board of Directors of the YMCA, R.C. Durr branch.
Evan has consistently been recognized in Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch and as an Ohio Super Lawyer by Thomson Reuters.

- Advising leading financial institutions, corporations and underwriters in capital market transactions, including public offerings and private placements of numerous forms of equity, debt and hybrid securities.
- Advising public and private companies on various corporate governance matters, legal compliance issues and industry best practices.
- Advising companies on the use and amendment of credit facilities in connection with the funding of business operations and M&A activity.
