Michael Trivisonno advises public companies, private equity firms, other privately-held businesses and business founders through merger and acquisition transactions, divestiture transactions and a wide range of corporate and general business matters. Mike has led complex, multijurisdictional transactions, representing companies, private equity firms and business founders in acquisitions, as well as divestitures across numerous industries, including technology, healthcare, sports and entertainment, industrials, fintech and business services.
Beyond M&A, Mike provides counsel to public and private companies with respect to a wide variety of general corporate and business matters, including commercial contracts, global and domestic restructurings, equity holder and governance agreements, corporate governance matters and cash repatriations. Mike also represents athletes and entertainers in complex business matters, including commercial contracts, minority investments and Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) matters.
Mike currently co-heads the Board of the American Lung Association’s Celebrity Golf Tournament of Cleveland. He is also actively involved with various charities and organizations in Greater Cleveland, including Cleveland Clinic Children’s, St. Mary’s Church and Lake Humane Society.
