Michael Trivisonno focuses his practice on business and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and corporate governance matters for private and public companies.

    Michael’s corporate and M&A practice focuses on counseling public and privately-owned companies with respect to transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions and a wide range of general corporate and business matters, such as equity offerings and commercial contracts. He has served a broad range of clients, comprising multinational public companies, private equity firms, start-ups and closely-held family businesses, in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, energy, aviation and consumer products.

    Michael currently serves on the board of Gilmour Academy’s Alumni Association and is an Ex Officio Trustee of Gilmour Academy. Additionally, Michael serves on the Management Committee of the American Lung Association’s Celebrity Golf Tournament of Cleveland.
