Ainhoa Uzquiano is a lawyer in the public law and energy team, based in the Madrid office.

Ainhoa advises private companies on various regulatory aspects related to different sectors, including electricity, gas and telecommunications.

Ainhoa has also participated in the filing of various administrative appeals in both general administrative proceedings and sanctioning proceedings.

Ainhoa has experience in the preparation of due diligence reports within the framework of transactions affecting different sectors of activity (energy, telecommunications, transport, health, etc.) analysing regulatory and environmental aspects and other issues in the field of public policy law (administrative contracts, concessions, licences, etc.).
