Lenka Vagundová focuses her practice on general corporate, M&A, real estate and employment matters.

    Lenka’s experience includes advising on all aspects of general corporate and commercial matters, employment and real estate matters to various Slovak and foreign legal entities. Lenka conducted due diligence reviews, focusing on corporate and real estate issues, environmental matters and transactional matters.

    She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University in Bratislava, in 2014. As part of her legal studies, Lenka attended Mykolas Romeris University in Vilnius concentrating mainly on the international public law. Since 2015,

    Lenka has been studying Italian language and culture at the Italian Institute of Culture in Bratislava.

    Prior to joining the firm, Lenka worked for the global network of professional firms providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services. Her experience includes drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in litigations, providing legal opinions on diverse matters, conducting research on legal and related issues, and communicating with public authorities.

    She also gained experience during her internship at the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic. Previously, Lenka worked as a legal assistant for one of the leading law firms in the Slovak Republic.

    Lenka is a registered legal trainee with the Slovak Bar Association.
