André Vermeulen leads the Tax Strategy & Benefits Practice at the firm’s Dublin office. He advises multinational corporations and large domestic businesses on a broad spectrum of Irish corporate tax matters, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, inbound investment and private equity transactions.

André has extensive experience in transaction structuring, due diligence (both buy-side and vendor-side), multijurisdictional engagements, and advising on tax aspects of share purchase agreements and tax deeds. His practice also covers tax dispute resolution, Irish stamp duty, and VAT on transactions. His pragmatic and commercially attuned advice makes him a valued strategic partner in complex transactions.
