Chiara Wang
Associate
Chiara Wang is an associate in the Real Estate Practice based in the Paris office. She specialises in real estate, with a particular focus on commercial leases and construction.
Chiara assists her clients in their contractual needs (including in relation to leases, service provision contracts and transfer of business and leasehold rights). In addition, Chiara has experience in litigation and dispute resolution, representing clients before French civil and commercial courts.
Chiara joined the firm in 2023 and prior to that, she worked for real estate law firms.
- Advising on all aspects of real estate law.
- Representing clients before civil, commercial and administrative courts and assisting clients in forensic examinations.
- Providing assistance to property developers and their operational teams throughout their construction projects (including advice and litigation).
- Assisting businesses with the transfer of leasehold rights and business assets.
- Performing lease audits as part of a property development project.
