Chloe Ward qualified into the Birmingham Real Estate Litigation team in June 2024. Prior to that, Chloe had been a member of the team since early 2017 as a paralegal and a chartered legal executive respectively.

Chloe is experienced in landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals, termination of interests, contract disputes and debt recovery. She has experience managing multiple property portfolios for retail and charity clients, as well as managing bespoke termination projects.

Chloe also specialises in both transactional and litigious matters under the Electronic Communications Code and assists with purchases, lettings and wayleave agreements on a daily basis.

  • Coordinating and carrying out an extensive termination project for a telecommunications client.
  • Assisting with a high-volume disclosure exercise. The firm was instructed to act for a high-end retailer in relation to several issues including breaches of covenant.
  • Assisting with a high-value dispute relating to breaches of an agreement for lease, which were later settled by mediation.
  • Acting on a break clause dispute worth over £1 million.
