Katherine Warren is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group, based in the London office. Katherine specialises in a broad range of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant matters, the acquisition and disposal of investment properties, real estate finance and property development. Katherine also has experience working in a wide range of sectors, including retail, manufacturing and student accommodation.
- Managing property portfolios for several retail, manufacturing and media clients.
- Advising a community housing investment fund in connection with the acquisition, development and forward funding of a £20 million commercial and residential development in Milton Keynes.
- Advising on the sale of a portfolio of real estate investment assets (residential accommodation) in various cities in the UK.
- Advising on the asset management of a shopping centre.
