Sarah Wilkinson is a senior associate in the Labour & Employment team, based in our Birmingham office. Sarah advises on all areas of contentious and noncontentious employment law and is a trusted advisor to many household name clients, working across a range of sectors and industries, including hospitality, logistics and sport.

She provides day-to-day employment law advice on disciplinaries, grievances and performance management, counselling clients as they navigate their way through multifaceted and difficult employee relations issues. She also has particular experience in supporting household name clients on high-profile appointments and dismissals, which pose a reputational risk. Sarah is experienced in drafting and negotiating C-suite service agreements and settlement agreements, as well as drafting and advising on the implementation on company policies and advising on strategic projects such as TUPE and collective consultation.

An accomplished speaker, Sarah has presented at client events and panels and has delivered training on a range of topics, including trade unions and employee relations, sexual harassment and TUPE.

Sarah is the pro bono champion for the Birmingham office, overseeing the pro bono offering in the Birmingham team. She has carried out pro bono work for a range of charities and individuals.
