Associate
Millie Woodruff is an associate in the Global Corporate Practice and is based in the Manchester office. Millie advises on all aspects of corporate finance work and, in particular, specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, early stage funding rounds and corporate governance matters, all on a national and international basis.
