Hastings Woolston is an associate in the Environmental, Safety & Health Practice, where he counsels clients in the environmental, energy and natural resources sectors on both litigation and transactional matters. He has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation, with a particular focus on calculating, paying and reporting onshore and offshore federal oil and gas royalties.

Before joining the firm, Hastings worked as a landman at an energy and land management services company, where he conducted lease record research and calculated interest ownership for due diligence projects. His background provides him with a deep understanding of energy transactions and regulatory compliance, enhancing his ability to guide clients through complex legal and financial challenges.
