In her more than 10 years of practice, Beibei Xu has focused on international commercial arbitration, foreign-related arbitration in China and cross-border commercial dispute resolution. She has significant experience in assisting foreign clients and multinational companies to resolve China-related commercial disputes, as well as in assisting Chinese companies to deal with overseas commercial disputes. She has expertise in resolving joint venture disputes, banking and financial disputes, insurance disputes, aviation disputes and carbon emission disputes.

Beibei’s other key practice relates to product liability. In particular, she is responsible for advising on the defence strategy of product liability matters covering mainland China for a large luxury German automotive brand.
