Jian (Brenda) Xu focuses her practice on cross-border transactions, including foreign direct investments in the US and China, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, private equity transactions, joint ventures and partnerships, debt financing, corporate restructuring, and general corporate counseling.

Brenda has represented numerous clients in the technology, manufacturing, finance, real estate and other industries in their inbound and outbound matters over the past decade.

Brenda joined our Beijing office in 2008 and transferred to the Los Angeles office in 2012. She passed the PRC Bar Examination and was admitted in New York and California.
