Hiroyuki Yagihashi is an associate in the Corporate Practice. He advises domestic and global companies on mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions. He also has substantial experience in both domestic and international litigation, particularly in the areas of commercial, antitrust and intellectual property disputes. Prior to starting his career in the US, he used to represent clients on a wide range of commercial matters in Japan, and holds a license as a Japanese attorney.
