Charlotte Yeldon is a senior associate in the Corporate and Private Equity teams in the UK, having recently joined from a New York-based international law firm.

Charlotte has experience advising private equity houses/sponsors, portfolio companies and shareholder/management teams on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including private acquisitions, carve-outs, co-investments, consortium deals, group restructurings, management incentive plans and general corporate matters.

  • Advising KKR portfolio company on its IPO on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange (2019).
  • Advising Casual Dining Group, a KKR portfolio company, on its management incentive plan (2019).
  • Advising KKR on its US$8 billion buyout of Unilever's global Spreads business (2018).
  • Advising Silver Lake on its US$3 billion takeover of ZPG plc with co-investment from GIC and PSP (2018).
