Mark Yeo is an EMEA lead of our Healthcare Group and a partner in the London office. His practice covers UK and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, public equity and joint ventures. Mark acts for clients in a variety of sectors, including sports, healthcare, leisure, retail and media.

 

Mark previously spent eight months working in-house as UK Legal Counsel for Yum! Restaurants International (the owners of Pizza Hut, KFC and Taco Bell).
