  • Advising and representing a major Malaysian financial institution in relation to its exposures and interests in a group of companies across Australia, Vietnam and Malaysia.
  • Advising and representing US and Japan-based aviation companies in relation to their interests from distressed major airlines in Australia, Thailand, India, New Zealand, Indonesia and Singapore, and associated transactions.

  • Advising and representing commercial counterparties to the Australian Grand Prix Corporation and the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile on the restructure of key agreements central to the Australian Formula 1 Grand Prix.
  • Advising and representing subordinated noteholders and directors of a hospitality services group, in respect of its external administration and restructure.
