    • Advising and representing a provincial government entity in respect of its privatization of significant energy sector assets and their restructuring.
    • Advising and representing subordinated noteholders and directors of a hospitality services group, in respect of its external administration and restructure by deed of company arrangement.
    • Advising and representing an Australian funds manager in proceedings and transactions arising from the collapse of Australian-based funds and associated Cayman Islands-based investment vehicles.
