Did you know that around one in five people are neurodivergent? As awareness and understanding of neurodiversity continues to grow, so too does the importance of creating workplaces where neurodivergent employees can thrive.

A neuroinclusive workplace is not only better for attracting, retaining and supporting talented people, it can also drive innovation, creativity and problem-solving. However, employers must also navigate a range of legal obligations, including those relating to discrimination, harassment, reasonable adjustments, flexible working arrangements, work health and safety and privacy.

Our firm and Jacky Morgan Coaching & Consulting invite you to join our upcoming webinar, "Neurodiversity at work: Rights, responsibilities and reality", where we will explore the practical and legal considerations of supporting neurodivergent employees in the workplace.

What we'll cover

  • What neurodiversity is and what it means to be neurodivergent

  • The strengths and benefits of a neurodiverse workforce

  • Practical strategies to help neurodivergent employees succeed and perform at their best

  • How to respond effectively and appropriately when employees disclose a diagnosis

  • Employers' legal obligations, including reasonable adjustments, managing workplace risks and privacy concerns

Who should attend?

This webinar is designed for:

  • HR professionals

  • Executives and business leaders
