In partnership with DLP Planning Limited and Francis Taylor Building we are delighted to invite you to join us for a Planning Update Seminar on Thursday, 15 June 2023.

In a year of planning reform, we will provide a comprehensive update on some of the most relevant and significant anticipated measures. This will include a review of the Levelling Up and Regeneration Bill and the proposed changes to the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF), as well as an update on Biodiversity Net Gain ahead of its implementation in November. We also will discuss the impact of the Hillside Parks case, which continues to pose problems for developers and local authorities alike.
