Please join us for a panel discussion and networking reception, organised as a side event within the framework of the Foreign Direct Investment Moot Court Competition (FDI Moot), the largest student competition in international investment arbitration. The speakers will dive into key issues related to the use of third-party funding in investor-state dispute settlement, exploring topics such as jurisdictional challenges, disclosure obligations, and the evolving role of third-party funding as both an access-to-justice tool and a source of concern within the international arbitration community.
