About Professor Makane Mbengue:
Professor Mbengue is an Affiliated Professor at the Sciences Po School of Law, where he teaches General International Law and WTO Law, and a Professor of International Law at the University of Geneva, where his courses include International Investment Law, International Dispute Settlement, International Environmental Law, and Climate Change.
A globally recognized expert, he served as the lead architect of the Pan African Investment Code and continues to support investment negotiations across numerous African states and regional economic organizations. He acts as expert for the African Union, the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa, the United Nations Environment Programme, the WHO, the World Bank, the UNCTAD, ILO among many others.
