Squire Patton Boggs acted as Dominican counsel to the issuer AES España B.V., a private limited liability company, and to the two joint guarantors AES Andres DR, S.A. and Dominican Power Partners, in connection with the US$500 million issuance of 7.750% senior unsecured notes due 2033.
