Squire Patton Boggs Advises LumApps on Comeen Acquisition

Squire Patton Boggs has advised LumApps, the leading connected AI employee hub, on a definitive agreement to acquire Comeen, the workplace experience platform specializing in space management, digital signage and visitor services.  The transaction is expected to complete in May 2026.

The Squire Patton Boggs team was led by Paris Corporate partner Anthony Guillaume and associate Victor Dransard.

France-based LumApps is a SaaS platform built to enhance the employee experience. Founded in Lyon in 2012, the company expanded into the United States in 2017 and now has offices in Austin, Barcelona, Hamburg, Lyon, London, Paris, and Tokyo. This acquisition is a pivotal step in LumApps' vision to create a platform where work comes together—bringing communication, knowledge and workflows and now physical workplace services into a single, unified AI-powered experience.

The Squire Patton Boggs team, led by Anthony Guillaume, has a long-standing relationship with LumApps and has previously assisted the company in its acquisitions of Vizir in 2022 and of Teach on Mars in 2023, and on its legal vendor due diligence in the context of the strategic investment by Bridgepoint in 2024.
