Abigail Harcombe is an associate in the Environmental, Safety & Health Practice Group, based in our Birmingham office.
She advises clients on a broad range of regulatory, compliance and risk management matters, and has experience in corporate transactions, advising on the allocation and management of environmental, safety and health liabilities.
Abigail has worked on regulatory investigations and prosecutions arising from health, safety and environmental incidents. She also supports the delivery of training to organisations on legal compliance and regulatory requirements.
