Amanda C. Campa

Amanda Campa is a member of our global Corporate Practice based in our Phoenix office. She advises public and private companies, investment firms and other clients on a broad range of complex corporate matters, with a practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, corporate governance, securities law and commercial transactions.

Amanda represents clients across a diverse range of industries in both domestic and international transactions, including complex mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions and corporate restructurings. Her experience includes representing both buyers and sellers in transactions involving significant stock and cash consideration, advising public companies in transactions requiring stockholder approval and related proxy materials and counseling multinational clients through complex, multijurisdictional reorganizations and governance matters. She also regularly advises clients on securities law, corporate governance and other matters arising in connection with their ongoing business operations and strategic objectives.

Amanda is also committed to civic and pro bono service. Her pro bono practice has included advising tax-exempt organizations on formation and governance matters, successfully representing veterans before the US Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and preparing asylum documentation on behalf of an Afghan women’s rights activist.
